At the same time, having received a summons, he categorically refused to fulfill his obligations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">During the trial, the accused initially did not admit his guilt, stating that he did not consider evasion of mobilization a crime. In his opinion, he is not a military serviceman and does not want to harm others.
