On the other hand, shower gels contain mild ingredients and have a slightly acidic pH, which helps retain moisture in the skin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Dry and sensitive skin needs shower gels that contain moisturizing ingredients such as ceramides, hyaluronic acid, or oat extract. Oily skin may prefer bar soaps with charcoal, sulfur, or clay. Normal skin can use both options, depending on the season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Regarding hygiene, gels are preferred \u2013 their packaging prevents the accumulation of bacteria. If you like soap, storing it on a rack is essential to allow it to dry between uses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Gel and cream-gel have different characteristics. Gel is lightweight and suitable for summer and oily skin. At the same time, cream-gel is thicker and more moisturizing, making it ideal for cold weather or mature skin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When choosing a cleanser, avoid parabens, phthalates, synthetic dyes, and fragrances. Instead, pay attention to the ingredients: look for ceramides, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, glycerin, and natural oils.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As you age, your skin loses elasticity and becomes drier. After 35-40 years, choosing soft moisturizing gels or specialized drugstore products is recommended.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">There is no universal product that will suit everyone. The main thing is to listen carefully to your skin, familiarize yourself with the ingredients, and moisturize after the shower.
