He explained why wounded service members seek to avoid working in these structures and transfer to other positions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In an interview with the publication Golovkom, Matsko noted that problems with mobilization begin far from the TCS but at the highest echelons of power. However, the military enlistment offices become the target of criticism, while the main reasons for failures remain out of sight. He emphasized that working in the TCS is difficult not only physically but also morally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;Today, it is very rare to detain those who attack TCS employees or unreasonably insult them. All accusations are heaped only on the TCS, which is an unfair situation,&#8221; <\/em>Oleksandr believes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matsko admits that there are cases when military commissars cross the line. But this is not the rule everywhere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;In Poltava, there were no cases when someone was forcibly pushed into buses. Yes, sometimes employees of the CCC can grab a person by the hand if they try to escape, but they do not forcibly detain them.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to his testimony, in reality there are much fewer cases of &#8220;persecution&#8221; than they are shown in viral videos on the Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matsko has now passed a medical examination, received a disability group, and officially resigned. He noted that many injured veterans also strive to achieve the same goals\u2014to avoid the unpleasant work in the CCC, where they have to hand out summonses, at least in conditions where the salary is only 20 thousand hryvnias per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;People are trying to get disability or transfer to other positions to not deal with serving summonses,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oleksandr Matsko, a former soldier who spent seven years on the front line with the 95th Brigade, shared his thoughts on service in the territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCS).
