This year, a significant international competition was held. It brought together representatives of state bodies, international organizations, public sectors, and gifted children, who presented their unique works, demonstrating their concern for environmental problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A total of 4,824 young creators from different countries, including Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Italy, Spain, and Germany, took part in the competition. The most active participants were children from the Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Rivne regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the final stage of the competition, 319 works were submitted for consideration, and the jury, which included organizers and experienced artists, recognized 44 winners. Alla Gordienko, Director General of the National Library of Ukraine for Children, noted that selecting the best works was difficult because everything presented is a unique vision of children for the future of the planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Viktoriya Kyreyeva, Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, who also participated in the event, emphasized that children’s drawings testify to the importance of preserving nature and are a powerful message to adults, emphasizing responsibility for their actions. She noted that the Ministry of Environment supports such initiatives, since environmental awareness is formed from childhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oleksandr Fedorenko, Head of the Department of Organizational Activities of the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine, attended the event and emphasized the importance of cultivating respect for nature in children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vita Prysiazhnyuk, co-founder of the Nadiya Youth Initiative Charitable Foundation, expressed hope that next year the participants will demonstrate in their works a peaceful and restored Ukraine, where harmony and tranquility reign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
