The client, who received all state payments on her card from this bank, suddenly lost access to her funds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"297\" data-end=\"359\">The woman filed a complaint on the analytical portal <em data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"358\">Minfin<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"590\">She lives in the Kharkiv region, which is constantly under shelling. According to her, the bank closed her account without any explanation, leaving her without financial support, as all payments were made to the now-blocked card.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"954\"><em data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"936\">&#8220;On February 22, 2024, I received a message from the bank about the termination of my agreement and the closure of my account. I know the sources of my funds \u2014 they were all legal transfers. I am the widow of a fallen soldier, raising a child with disabilities, and I work as a teacher, also receiving aid and a salary from the state budget,&#8221;<\/em> the woman stated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1076\">She emphasized that she has complied with all legal requirements, and her financial receipts are confirmed by documents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1255\">The woman noted that due to ongoing shelling, it is extremely difficult for her to open an account at another bank, so she is appealing to PrivatBank staff to find a compromise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1487\"><em data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1476\">&#8220;The nearest bank is far away, and reaching it is very difficult under the current conditions. I hope this situation will be handled not automatically but with a humane approach.
