The neighborhood itself is also tainted by scandal. Nearby lives a relative of Volodymyr Skorobahach, a figure who has been involved in several investigations by the State Bureau of Investigation. These include allegations of attempted illegal border crossings.<\/p>\n
Since Khomutynnik left Ukraine, there has been no information about the fate of his property. As of 2024\u20132025, the estate appears completely deserted \u2014 there are no signs of sale, lease, or transfer. The lack of visitors or use gives the impression that the owner does not plan to return soon and has effectively abandoned the property.<\/p>\n
The story of this deserted mansion reflects a broader pattern. Vitalii Khomutynnik now resides in the United Kingdom, living a lavish lifestyle, driving luxury cars with fake license plates, and owning real estate in multiple countries.
