The CCC has introduced new fines: evaders will pay significantly higher amounts

Violation of mobilization legislation can result in significant fines and, in some cases, lead to criminal liability. For some individuals, the penalties can be significantly higher, as reported by the KadrEx resource.

Most often, criminal cases are initiated when a conscript fails to comply with a mobilization order and does not report to the designated collection point for training at the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s training center.

In other situations, conscripts are held accountable for administrative responsibility through the imposition of fines.

Fines in 2025

The most severe fines are provided for violations of the legislation regulating defense, mobilization, and military training. For ordinary citizens, the fine starts from 17,000 hryvnias and can reach 25,500 hryvnias.

For officials, the fines are even higher – from 34,000 to 59,500 hryvnias.

In addition, if the fine is not paid within 15 days from the date of the decision on administrative liability, the amount of the fine for individuals may double, for example, from 17,000 to 34,000 hryvnias.

Earlier, it was reported that new mobilization criteria were introduced, with military commissariats supplementing the lists of conscripts, and three categories were under threat. It was also announced that you can no longer escape from the CCC, as a new notification system has been introduced, which will work instantly. Additionally, information has emerged that it is no longer necessary to be on duty at the VLK, as categories of persons exempt from repeated medical examinations have been determined.
