The Pension Fund explained how to obtain important services for card holders

Ukrainians have the opportunity to receive various services without leaving their homes. To do this, you need to log in to the electronic services platform using a bank card. The Pension Fund of Ukraine has issued relevant instructions on how to proceed.

To get started, visit the Pension Fund’s electronic services website and click the “Login” button. Then select the authorization option via ID.GOV.UA.

After opening an additional window, you should click the “Individual” button to log in to the system.

The instructions state that users will be offered a list of banks from which they must select the financial institution with which they have an account and a bank card.

The following steps involve entering the card number and confirming the phone number using a code, after which you must click the “Confirm” button.

What services are available for receipt?

After successfully authorizing your account on the PFU website, you will be able to access a variety of documents and services. In particular, it is possible to submit requests for certificates of insurance experience, income, and pension payments.

You will also be able to view your electronic pension file and access details regarding salary accrual and length of service.

Additionally, authorized users can view the data from their electronic workbooks and review all previously submitted requests to the Pension Fund.
