Pavel Tanasyuk’s financial schemes: the ”Sabai Property” project and his relations with Russian business
StopKor journalists continue to investigate the activities of Ukrainian space technology entrepreneur Pavlo Tanasyuk, who has aroused interest with his significant projects. In addition to possible financial abuses, there are also questions about his contacts with Russian businesses.
One of the projects is “Sabai Property,” which invests in resort real estate. This company has become the subject of scrutiny due to the involvement of Russian oligarchs who are attempting to circumvent sanctions by investing in real estate abroad. Tanasyuk serves as an advisor on blockchain technologies in this project.
Recently, a group of foreign investors filed a lawsuit in Thailand for $55 million due to the developers’ failure to fulfill their obligations. This financial scandal further strengthens suspicions about the transparency of Tanasyuk’s business and his possible cooperation with Russian companies, which may complicate the situation with international sanctions.
StopCor continues to uncover new facts in this case and plans to contact NASA and SpaceX for comments on the partnership with Spacebit, a company run by Tanasyuk.
It is also worth noting that Pavlo Tanasyuk, the founder of Spacebit, is suspected of possible attempts to sell secret technical drawings for Zenit missiles, which are part of the Ukrainian space complex Zenit-M. Information indicates that Tanasyuk has been actively seeking buyers in the Middle East and is now turning to Russia, which raises serious concerns due to the country’s political and military ties.
