No need to visit the CCC: Ukrainians can send documents by mail – step-by-step instructions

Citizens who wish to submit documents for a deferment from mobilization can take advantage of the opportunity to send an application and copies of all necessary documents to the territorial recruitment center (TCK) by mail. Lawyers report this.

As it turned out, one of the citizens sought advice on the procedure for obtaining a deferment due to the need to care for a disabled father. Lawyer Vladislav Derii explained what steps a conscript should take in such a case.

“First of all, it is important to send an application for a deferment along with copies of all necessary documents by registered letter with a description of the attachment,” the lawyer emphasized.

He added that this method of submitting documents is of great importance, as it provides evidence if TCK employees refuse to accept the application.

The lawyer emphasized that this format confirms the application for a deferment. If the TCK refuses to accept the application when submitting it in person, the conscript will receive confirmation of their attempt to exercise their right.

In Ukraine, military conscripts who work in organizations crucial to national security and the state’s economy are eligible for a deferment from mobilization. This applies, in particular, to enterprises that play a key role in ensuring the country’s security and stability, a list of which can be found in the relevant government resolution.
