Cheese casserole with pear and honey: a dessert for joy, recipe

In the world of cooking, you can do real miracles – especially when you have a pear, a spoonful of honey, and a pinch of inspiration in your hands.

Required ingredients:

1 juicy pear
3 tsp. natural honey
360 g of cheese (preferably fatty and grainy)
5 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. semolina
1 chicken egg

Cooking steps:

Let’s start with the pear. Cut the pear into thin slices, then pour honey over them and fry in a dry frying pan until soft. The aroma that fills the kitchen will draw all household members to visit you.
Prepare the cheese base. In a deep bowl, combine the cheese, sugar, semolina and egg. Mix thoroughly until smooth – let it be soft like a moon lake.
Form the casserole. First, put the caramelized pears in a baking dish, and then the cheese mixture on top.
Bake. Place the baking dish in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 20-25 minutes. Watch the crust – as soon as it becomes golden and crispy, it’s time to remove it from the oven.
Serve. Let it cool a little, then pour over warm honey and sprinkle with nuts. This deliciousness will disappear faster than you can say “magic.”
Culinary tip:
