Tax evaders face serious fines from the CCC: who does this concern?

In Ukraine, military service can be accompanied by significant fines for those liable for military service.

Acting Deputy Head of the Cherkasy Regional CCC and SP, Volodymyr Levchenko, confirmed that fines may be imposed more than once, as each instance of violation is recorded separately.

Fines for failure to comply with mobilization legislation vary from 17 to 25 thousand hryvnias. If a person fails to appear at the CCC, does not update their data, or fails to submit the necessary documents, separate administrative materials will be generated for each of these violations, and fines will be imposed accordingly.

Levchenko noted: “The number of fines that a person can receive depends on the number of recorded violations.”

If the violator does not pay the fine, information about him will be transferred to the enforcement service for forced collection. In this case, after the opening of enforcement proceedings, the amount of the fine may double.

Therefore, failure to register military records can result in a range of financial sanctions that can significantly impact the personal budget of citizens.

Earlier, the portal reported on problems with forced mobilization, as well as a new notification system from the CCC, which is intended to provide instant communication with those liable for military service. It was also noted that lawyers explained that the CCC does not have the right to detain at checkpoints.
