The CCC began to seize documents from tax evaders through the courts, in addition to fines

In Ukraine, court proceedings have begun that temporarily deprive citizens of their driving rights due to violations of military registration requirements. This information is confirmed by data collected on the Open Data Bot platform.

The first such decision was made back in January when the court granted the request of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) and imposed appropriate restrictions on the driver.

The situation continues to get more complicated: according to the latest information, nine people have already been deprived of their rights. These restrictions will remain in effect until the TCC’s requirements are met or until the body withdraws the relevant application.

All court decisions on deprivation of rights after January were made only by the Novohrad-Volynskyi City District Court, located in the Zhytomyr region.

In addition, since the beginning of the year, more than 17 thousand cases related to violations in the field of military registration have been recorded in the Unified State Register of Debtors.

According to current legislation, all citizens of draft age must register for military service, including men aged 17 to 60. Women with medical or pharmaceutical education must also register; however, other categories can do so at their discretion.

In the event of a violation of military registration norms, the CCC has the authority to impose administrative fines and make decisions regarding administrative liability. The amount of the fine can range from 17,000 to 25,000 hryvnias.

Ukraine also has strict sanctions for offenders, which can include restrictions on rights or even imprisonment for a term of up to 5 years.
