Oksana Tymchuk does not allow the house on Zagvizdyanska to be rented out – ”Holos-Info” found out the reasons why 170 families have not yet received housing

In Ivano-Frankivsk, more than 170 families have been waiting for the commissioning of a new residential building for more than two years. The primary reason for the delay is the absence of an electronic signature from Oksana Tymchuk, who is currently abroad and cannot be reached.

According to journalist Vitaliy Chornenkoy, many residents of the building on Zagvizdyanska Street have still not been able to obtain legal registration for their apartments, which they purchased before the war. Due to bureaucratic obstacles, people are forced to pay inflated utility bills since their apartments have not yet been registered.

The construction of this residential complex was carried out by a company led by Oleksandr Vovchuk, who currently has four suspicions of fraud and is under night house arrest. Despite this, the commissioning of the building remains blocked.

To register the documents, it is necessary to collect electronic signatures from three people, including Vovchuk, Vasyl Petrenko, and Oksana Tymchuk. The lack of the latter’s signature is critical to the completion of the process. Tymchuk has not commented on the situation and has avoided contact despite being actively involved in volunteer activities outside Ukraine.

Petrenko noted that after the investigation began, Ms. Tymchuk stopped answering calls, and their only conversation revealed that she did not fully understand the seriousness of the situation. Residents are still waiting for a resolution to this problem, hoping that Tymchuk will agree to provide her electronic signature.

Chornenky promised to continue the investigation and will try to contact Oksana Tymchuk regarding this situation.
