Have come to those who have a defer TCCs may also apply to large parents
In the Rivne district, military commissioners mobilized a man from Zdolbunov, who raised three children. His wife, Olga Pashko, reported on her social media page.
The woman stated that her husband had applied to the Territorial Center for Completion and Social Support (TCC) to request a deferral, but had not returned home. According to Olga, her husband was illegally detained by employees of the Tax Code.
She noted: “After the illegal actions of the military, he was restricted in motion, could not call, and was taken to the Military Medical Commission, and later, to a landfill. It has been five days, and there is still no news about it.”
The reaction to this situation was not slowed. According to the Rivne Regional Criminal Code, it was noted that all citizens, including Pashko, were required to update their credentials within 60 days after the introduction of a new law on mobilization. However, as noted in the department, Pashko did not fulfill these requirements, which became the basis for his mobilization announcement.
It is convincing that Pashko did not turn to the CCC since the beginning of the war, did not undergo a physical examination to determine the appointment of service, and did not provide documents on the availability of children. The Tax Code emphasized that it did not deprive him of his dismissal from service as a large parent and assured that, after the issuance of all necessary documents, he would be released from the Armed Forces.
