The CCC is looking for you: the possibility of updating the status through “Reserve+” – the lawyer voiced the options for action

In the event of violating the conditions of military registration, citizens may be declared wanted by the authorities. Lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan explained that it is not possible to cancel the status of “evader” through the “Reserve +” application, although this application can provide some of the necessary information.

According to the lawyer, it is essential to determine the reasons for being placed on the wanted list. To do this, you will need to interact directly with the territorial recruitment centers and, in some cases, file complaints with their senior management.

Yuriy Ayvazyan highlighted three main actions that can help in this situation:

1. Personal appeal to the CCC, which declared the wanted list, to receive official confirmation of the reason. If it turns out that the decision was made illegally, it is necessary to demand its cancellation.
2. Admit your offense and voluntarily pay a fine of 8,500 hryvnias. This may increase the chances of being removed from the wanted list, but it does not guarantee a 100% result.
3. Register with the CCC at your place of residence, acknowledge, or appeal the violation of military registration. If you disagree with the punishment, you can appeal it in court.

The lawyer also emphasized that inaction can only complicate the situation. It is worth noting that, as of 2025, the number of fines, compulsory reasons, and administrative cases in the field of military registration is on the rise.
