GEED presents new single ”Cosmos” – a composition about boundless love

Ukrainian musician GEED has released his new single “Cosmos” – a tender composition about unconditional love, available on all major music platforms.

“Cosmos” is a confession of love that does not require any explanations or conditions. It is a story about the happiness that comes from simply seeing a loved one. Their touch or the sound of their voice can comfort more than any words. It is a love story that exists on its own, without any proof.

According to the artist, the song was inspired by deep feelings for a person who remains important in his life, and, according to GEED, many people recognize themselves in this story.

“When there is true love, it does not matter where this person is, what he looks like, or what he says. What matters is that he lives inside you. This brings fulfillment,” shares GEED.

The artist struggled to find the right words for the chorus for a long time. However, his friend and colleague Diana Gloster played a decisive role, suggesting the phrase: “You are my planet, I am your cosmos…”, which became the basis of the song.

“Diana got to the heart on the first try. We know how to feel each other, and she was able to convey what I could not express,” GEED emphasized.

The video for the song shows the process of creative search, where the hero creates an imaginary world next to his “Planet”. For the role in the video,, GEED had to learn to draw, as he hadn’t picked up a brush atin school. But this time, he decided to try.

“It always seemed to me that drawing was not my thing. But in the final scene, I depict it, our space, our cosmos. I completely surrendered to the process. It was sincere,” the artist added.

“Cosmos” does not talk about drama or intense emotions. It’s about presence, which creates a feeling of fullness, even if there is a distance between you. Even if you are not together, two is already a whole universe.

GEED dedicates “Cosmos” to everyone who can truly love, as well as to those who are just starting to learn this feeling.
