World-class stars including Isabella Rossellini, Eva Herzigova, Tilda Swinton and Gwendoline Christie in the nature-themed Pirelli 2026 calendar

Pirelli is preparing the release of its iconic calendar, which will be released in November 2025 and will be dedicated to the year 2026. The brand has already presented the first photos from the shooting.

The project involves famous personalities, including Irina Shayk, Isabella Rossellini, Eva Herzigova, Tilda Swinton, and Gwendoline Christie. FKA Twigs, Venus Williams, Suzy Cave, Adria Arjona, Du Juan, and Luisa Ranieri were also involved in the shooting. The author of the photos was Norwegian photographer Solve Sundsbo.

“In the 2026 calendar, I strive to convey emotions, instincts, and the inner world of a person: the desire for freedom, the desire for knowledge, and curiosity… This encompasses mystery, imagination, passion, connection with nature, and our relationship with time and space. These are serious topics, and we will try to be ambitious,” the photographer noted.

Stylists Jerry Stafford, hairdressers Sid Hayes, Ali Pirzadeh, and Bob Resainf also participated in the creation of the calendar, and make-up artists Val Garland and James Kallardos were appointed.

The shooting took place in cities such as London, Norfolk, Essex, and New York. The theme of the calendar was the natural world. In the first pictures, Eva Herzigova poses underwater, Venus Williams is surrounded by fire, Isabella Rossellini is among huge roses, and Irina Shayk carries the image of a gust of wind, covering herself with translucent material.

The Pirelli calendar has been published since 1964. Initially, it was a souvenir for the company’s partners, but it very quickly acquired the status of a prestigious collector’s edition with a limited edition. Over the years, the most famous photographers, including Norman Parkinson, Helmut Newton, Herb Ritts, and Annie Leibovitz, worked on it.
