UAH 3,600 will be added to the pension: some elderly Ukrainians will be provided with temporary assistance

Vulnerable segments of the population, in particular pensioners, can take advantage of the opportunity to receive temporary financial assistance.

The assistance program is implemented through the cooperation of the Yedobro charity foundation with Fida International, with the support of the Finnish Development Cooperation Agency.

It provides for the provision of multi-purpose cash assistance to residents of the Komyshuva community in the Zaporizhzhia region. The total amount of support is 10,800 hryvnias per person, which will be paid over three months (3,600 hryvnias per month).

Who is eligible to receive payments

Applications for assistance can be submitted by individuals and families who have not received assistance from international organizations in the last three months and meet at least one of the following criteria:

pensioners aged 60 and over;
households with three or more children;
families with a single breadwinner;
families with pregnant women or nursing mothers;
families with disabled people;
Internally displaced persons.
Procedure for applying for assistance

To register, you must fill out an electronic form. After checking the data, if you meet the criteria, program representatives will contact you. Within 10 working days, applicants will be invited to a personal registration session, where they will need to confirm the information provided and submit the necessary documents.

Earlier, we reported on new rules for receiving free medicines that pensioners should be aware of. Additionally, military personnel can receive more than 20,000 hryvnias in assistance, and unemployed Ukrainian women can apply for payments of up to 3,600 hryvnias.
