The CCC updated the rules for transporting mobilized personnel

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 916 of July 30, 2025, which defines a new procedure for transmitting information about mobilized citizens.

According to the new rules, lists of military personnel will be formed through the electronic registry “Oberig”. Now, documents can be transmitted digitally using the electronic document management system.

Authorized bodies will compile lists of names and send them by email or through a secure system, after the documents are signed by the head of the territorial recruitment centers (TCC). Thus, the procedure is completely transferred to a digital format, which should significantly simplify the exchange of information.

Regarding the rights of TCC employees, lawyer Maryna Bekalo noted that they do not have the right to use physical force or restrict freedom, including taking away personal belongings or phones. Such actions may be considered an abuse of official authority.

If you are being forcibly taken to the CCC, it is crucial to record such actions on video and contact law enforcement with a corresponding statement.

We remind you that, as of September 1, new requirements for CCC employees will be implemented regarding the mobilization procedure.
