CCC takes strict measures: important information for meeting with military commissars

Employees of the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRC) are required to use body cameras while performing their functions. If there is no recording, this may lead to disciplinary action. This was stated by Vitaly Sarantsev, a representative of the Ground Forces, during a telethon.

He noted that in cases where body cameras are not used, official inspections and investigations will be conducted. A further decision will be made depending on the degree of guilt of a particular employee.

“Sanctions can be serious, including disciplinary and administrative measures,” Sarantsev emphasized. These recordings will be stored on secure servers, with access only upon official requests from the court or law enforcement agencies. The videos must be stored for at least 30 days, and access to them by unauthorized persons is prohibited.

As of September 1, 2025, all TRC employees are required to record their activities using body cameras. Military commissars must warn citizens about this at the beginning of the conversation. In the event of conflict situations, such recordings will become a valuable source of information.

Although the rule was approved last year, its implementation was postponed until September of this year. The Ministry of Defense believes that the use of body cameras could significantly change the procedure for serving summonses in Ukraine.
