Paid – complicated the situation: the lawyer warned of errors with penalties
Increasingly, conscripted users of the Reserve+Program are receiving reports of allegedly unfulfilled requirements by the Military Medical Commission (VLK), along with a proposal to pay half of the fine. However, such a fee can only worsen their legal position.
Lawyer Roman Simutin noted that the territorial centers of completion do not issue any official rulings to impose fines in such cases. Thus, the appeal in the annex is invalid, as the fine does not actually exist.
Moreover, if the conscript voluntarily admits their “guilt” due to the payment of half a fine, it can lead to automatic recognition of the prosecution. In this case, the person himself confirms his guilt and agrees to pass the VLK. Removal from the search does not resolve the issue, but may actually worsen the legal position.
Simutin emphasized that if a person is already wanted and is offered to “solve the issue” by partial payment, the only correct solution would be to challenge illegal actions by the CCC in court.
It should be remembered that the conscript is given 15 days to pay a fine if the shopping center has already issued a resolution. In the event of non-payment, the information is transmitted to the executive service, which may result in an increase in the fine amount and the blocking of bank accounts.
Thus, the conscript should be cautious and avoid rushing to pay to prevent complications in their legal situation.
