Men were given a 7-day deadline: who must urgently appear at the CCC

Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes due to occupation or proximity to the front have faced new requirements after receiving the status of an internally displaced person (IDP). Lawyers draw attention to the fact that this certificate provides access to social assistance, but also imposes certain obligations.

According to the explanations of lawyer Vladyslav Derii, displaced persons are obliged to register for military registration at their new place of residence within seven days of obtaining IDP status. This obligation applies to all conscripts, regardless of gender.

The registration process involves contacting the territorial recruitment and social support center. To do this, you need to apply for registration. In the absence of a military registration document, it will have to be reissued. An IDP certificate confirming the change of place of residence is also a mandatory condition.

In fact, the registration of an IDP in a new community is a signal to the territorial center that this citizen must be registered. If a person fails to fulfill this obligation within the allotted time, there is a risk of receiving an administrative protocol with a subsequent fine.

At the same time, lawyers note that the IDP certificate carries not only obligations, but also protection. It allows you to receive state payments, benefits and humanitarian assistance, confirming the fact of leaving a dangerous region.

Let us recall that possible sanctions for failure to fulfill obligations in the field of mobilization have become a topic of discussion, and it is indicated that administrative fines can be imposed quite quickly.
