Women intervened in the detention of a conscript in Kyiv – the CCC commented on the event

A video incident occurred in Kyiv between women who interfered with the detention of a man by representatives of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) and the police.

The video shows two servicemen trying to detain a man of draft age when several women approached and began to defend him, acting aggressively towards the representatives of the TCC. They tried to take the man away, asking the police to remove his handcuffs because he allegedly felt unwell.

This conflict sparked widespread resonance, and representatives of the Kyiv City Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center commented on it. Their statement states that the video recorded a conflict between military personnel and civilians.

The incident occurred on October 6, 2025, during the implementation of notification measures in the capital. According to the TCC, the man they were trying to detain was wanted for violating the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

Representatives of the CCC noted that during the detention, a group of people appeared on the scene and deliberately interfered with the work of officials, prompting the detainee to attempt to evade responsibility. They emphasized that such behavior constitutes an offense subject to criminal liability.

After the detention, the man complained of feeling unwell, and the police called an ambulance, which took him to the hospital.

There was also information on the network about a provocation when individuals in uniform tried to catch a cat. The CCC representative office noted that this was an attempt to compromise the military and its activities.
