Reservation conditions have been expanded in Ukraine: who will receive protection from mobilization
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted a new law that expands the ability to assign military personnel to enterprises deemed critical or defense-related. The Suspilne news agency reports this.
According to the new changes, booking is now possible not only for men who have all the necessary documents, but also for those who are wanted by the CCC or whose military registration is not executed correctly.
This bill is aimed at protecting the stable operation of strategically important sectors, where situations often arise when employees receive summonses during verification of registration data or before the completion of the booking procedure.
This law applies to employees who:
Do not have a military registration document;
Have a document executed with violations.
are not on military registration;
Have not specified their personal data.
These persons can be booked for up to 45 days. During this time, enterprises can conclude employment contracts with them even without a complete package of military registration documents.
However, the reservation can only be made once per calendar year. If the employee does not put his documents in order within the allotted time, the employer has the right to terminate the employment contract.
These innovations are aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of critical enterprises and encouraging those liable for military service to bring their own records into compliance.
Earlier, we reported on how to avoid being searched and fined if you failed to appear on a summons.
We also had news about when and under what circumstances you can avoid paying fines from the CCC.
In addition, the CCC’s new plan for the monthly mobilization of men was discussed.
