New mobilization rules: who will be first in the draft and where the CCC will look for draft evaders

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has updated the mobilization rules. Now, territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCS) will automatically receive data on men aged 25 to 60, writes 24 Kanal.

Lawyer Maryna Bekalo explained that men who have reached the age of 25 and were previously registered as conscripts are now automatically removed from the conscription register and transferred to the category of those liable for military service. They are assigned the title of “reserve soldier (sailor)” and are entered into the state register of reservists.

For men aged 25 to 60 who were not previously registered, the TCS will receive information from the demographic register, the tax service database, the State Migration Service, and other state systems. After that, these individuals will be entered into the unified state register of those liable for military service and reservists. This data will allow the TCS to track each man’s place of residence, work, and education.

The database will include personal information — name, surname, patronymic, tax number, residential address, education, place of work, and medical data. This will allow the CCC to summon them to pass a military medical commission.

It is worth noting that the CCC performs its functions in wartime conditions, which is due to Russian aggression. It should be noted that former servicemen who became veterans due to injuries received are actively coming to the CCC.

Let us recall that without mobilization, Ukraine will not be able to win the war, as military experts noted. Users are also urged to familiarize themselves with the procedures for entering the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine without the CCC’s intervention.
