Parents are outraged by the school’s discipline methods: a scandal broke out in the network

Foreign literature teacher Alina Mets presented a non-standard approach to maintaining discipline during her lessons. According to her, this method not only helps keep students’ attention but also helps them take responsibility for their own behavior. She talked about this in detail in her TikTok video.

The teacher introduces a system of three conditional “lives”, which students receive at the beginning of the lesson. As they violate the rules of conduct or create obstacles for the educational process, they lose one of them. If the student shows good behavior, he can get an additional “life” in the next lesson. However, having lost all available “lives”, the student will be forced to complete two additional homework assignments.

The teacher explained that this approach aims to foster a more responsible attitude toward learning among students. According to her, “You start with three lives at the beginning of the lesson, and for each violation of discipline, you lose one. If you are careful and responsible, you can get an extra life next time. However, if you run out of lives, you will have to do two extra homework assignments.”

This method received mixed reactions on the network. Users expressed their opinions about its effectiveness. Many of them believe that the system may not work, especially if there are several naughty students in the class. They think that extra homework is unlikely to motivate those who ignore it.
