Dealer who had over 200 doses of Alpha-PVP sentenced to 9 years
The trial of a man who was found guilty of storing and distributing psychotropic substances has ended in Kyiv. The investigation proved his involvement in the illegal scheme to sell Alfa-PVP.
Law enforcement officers established that the sender of drug sites packaged and sold the psychotropic substance Alfa-PVP. During the detention, 86 packages ready for sale were seized from him. The capital’s police reported this.
Later, during a search of the detainee’s place of residence, law enforcement officers found another 150 similar packages.
In addition, 15 “bookmarks” with psychotropic substances were found, which the criminal had already managed to hide in different parts of the city.
Investigators of the Solomyansk Police Department, under the supervision of the district prosecutor’s office, charged the man under Part 2 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is known that this is about the illegal production, purchase, storage, and sale of narcotic and psychotropic substances.
After the evidence was collected, the case was sent to court. As a result of the trial, the man was found guilty and sentenced to nine years in prison. The court also ordered the confiscation of his property.
In addition, the Dnipropetrovsk region prosecutor’s office obtained the extradition of a Ukrainian who, according to the investigation, was an active participant in a criminal group that produced methamphetamine. It was established that he was one of 11 people who systematically produced and sold this dangerous substance.
