Ukraine plans to transfer mobilization to robots instead of the CCC – details

Soon, territorial recruitment centers may be transformed into new structures – military service offices. They will use modern technologies powered by artificial intelligence, enabling them to decide whether to grant deferrals automatically. As one of the authors of the new model of military management, Mykola Zhuravlev, said in an interview, these changes should significantly simplify the process of obtaining military documents.

According to the expert, the work of the new offices will be radically reformed. A clear set of services and documents that the Military Service Centers will provide, along with processing deadlines, will be determined, depending on their complexity.

For example, to obtain documents from the Sectoral Archive of the Ministry of Defense, confirmation of service, ranks, or specialties, a response to the request can be provided within 10 days. Zhuravlev emphasized that the new system will operate on the principle of a “single window”, which will allow the introduction of digital military registration and reduce personal contacts between citizens and state institutions.

As the developer noted, citizens who are entitled to a deferral from mobilization will be able to submit documents through the “single window” or use an electronic office. Artificial intelligence, having access to all the necessary data, will automatically evaluate the application and make a decision. If the grounds are found valid, the deferral will be granted without the need to visit institutions or wait in line. Information about the decision will be delivered via a mobile application or SMS, and through the “single window” it will be possible to check the status of document readiness.
