For many Ukrainians, the most convenient option remains the personal accounts of service providers. It is enough to enter the individual account number and address to get detailed information on account status. This functionality is provided by companies such as Naftogaz, Teplokomunenergo, Kyivvodokanal, and others. Kyiv residents can use the Utility Service Center, which centralizes all charges in one place.

Mobile bank applications have also become an integral part of everyday life. For example, the Privat24, Oschad24/7, and Monobank services let you easily check your balance and payment history, and receive reminders about upcoming payments. In addition, payment platforms such as EasyPay, Portmone, and iPay have improved their services, enabling users to view debts across multiple services simultaneously.

However, not all users are ready to switch to digital solutions. Those accustomed to traditional methods can find out about debts for housing and communal services, condominiums, or management companies by providing the address or payer details. Information can also be obtained at banks or post offices when paying bills. If the debt is already in enforcement proceedings, you can check it on the Unified Register of Debtors on the Ministry of Justice website or in the “Diya” application.

Experts recommend regularly checking account status, especially before major events such as applying for subsidies or selling real estate. Debt can become an obstacle when completing registration procedures or receiving public services. However, convenient digital solutions available in 2025 make it easier to manage financial obligations, reducing the risk of unexpected issues with utility payments.
