Tax evaders will receive fines from the CCC and will be forced to take out loans

During the mobilization period, territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCS) have the right to impose fines for non-compliance with military registration rules. The amount of the fine depends on the number of violations committed by a citizen. Military lawyer Danylo Goncharenko emphasized this in an interview.

He emphasized that violation of military registration is an administrative offense, subject to the general norms of the Administrative Code. Individual punishment is possible for each separate violation.

Goncharenko noted that citizens cannot be punished twice for the same violation, but if there are several violations, a punishment will be imposed for each. In particular, there are cases when men were issued three or more separate resolutions through the “Reserve +” application.

Such situations apply to individuals who systematically ignore the requirements of military registration, for example, by failing to respond to multiple summonses or by failing to update their data.

Why fines can reappear

The lawyer explained that cases in which a person, having paid one fine, is again wanted a few days later in “Reserve+” are pretty standard. This indicates that several separate violations have been recorded.

Lawyer Natalia Hnatyk noted that such a situation is possible if a person has not appeared at the CCC for 15-20 years and has accumulated many unfulfilled requirements during that time. In this case, the reappearance of fines is considered legal.

Thus, experts emphasize that paying a fine does not guarantee the resolution of all issues related to military registration.
