Bird’s milk: a quick and delicious dessert for the holiday table
Bird’s milk is an excellent dessert for any festive event! If you need a quick and straightforward recipe that will impress your guests and family, this option will surely become a favorite.
Here’s what you will need for cooking:
sour cream (15% fat) – 350 g;
condensed milk – 200 g;
vanilla sugar – 10 g;
gelatin – 2 teaspoons + 2 tablespoons of water;
cocoa – 2 tablespoons (without a slide).
Cooking process
First, add the gelatin to water and let it sit for a few minutes to swell.
While the gelatin swells, combine sour cream, condensed milk, and vanilla sugar in a spacious bowl. For a better ingredient combination, it is recommended that they be at room temperature.
When the gelatin swells, melt it in the microwave or in a water bath. Then carefully pour it into the prepared mixture, stirring constantly until uniform.
Pour the resulting white mass into the molds, not filling them to the brim, as you need to leave room for the chocolate layer. Place the molds in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to harden the white part.
Now add cocoa to the remaining mass – this will become your chocolate layer. Carefully pour it over the white layer.
Complete the process by placing the molds with the dessert in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden the dessert.
And your holiday treat is ready! This dessert is the perfect combination of tenderness and chocolate flavor that everyone will surely like!
It is also worth paying attention to other delicious recipes that can complement your holiday table, such as pumpkin cheesecake or New Year’s cheese sticks.
