CCC search – are there any possible denials of disability registration?

Conscripts who are applying for disability due to serious health problems have no reason to worry about the wanted list declared by the territorial recruiting center (TCK). These are two independent processes, and the decision on the wanted list will not affect the possibility of receiving disability.

The issue of the conscript’s disability registration details was considered by lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan, who received a request from a client.

The citizen asked whether the TCK can affect the assignment of disability if the applicant is wanted.

“The territorial recruiting center does not have the right to refuse to grant disability to a citizen who is wanted,” the lawyer assured.

The lawyer explained why an administrative wanted list is not a basis for refusing to assign disability.

“Receiving disability does not depend on the decision of the TCK,” Ayvazyan emphasized.

He also clarified that they can refuse to grant disability only if there are no sufficient health-related grounds.
