Topolya strongly condemned the actions of the person who spread the information, emphasizing that this is a criminal offense involving blackmail and the production of content without consent. He noted that he had already filed an official report with the police, adding that his testimony is now part of the criminal proceedings.

The artist also expressed suspicions about the person who may be involved in the incident, noting that this person has long been harming him and Olena and has now taken advantage of the vulnerable situation. He believes that the attacker chose a moment of emotional instability for their family to attack.
