Ларису Доліну виселили з квартири в Хамовниках судові пристави

Larisa Dolina was evicted from her apartment in Khamovniki by bailiffs

Bailiffs entered Larisa Dolina’s apartment in Khamovniki to hand it over to its new owner, Polina Lurie. The Supreme Court had previously upheld Lurie’s ownership, and the Moscow City Court had ruled to evict the singer, who had refused to let the bailiffs in because she was on a trip to the United Arab Emirates.

On Monday, January 19, bailiffs arrived at the singer’s home in Moscow to collect the keys to the apartment for the new owner, Polina Lurie.

Lurie’s lawyer, Svitlana Sviridenko, confirmed that the keys would be handed over that day.

As we recall, in December, Polina asked Larisa to vacate the apartment by the 30th. However, the singer’s representatives assured her that she would be able to leave only after January 5. After that date, the issue of handing over the apartment also remained unresolved.

On January 9, it became known that Dolina had gone on vacation to the UAE, which is why she was unable to hand over the keys personally.

On December 16, the Supreme Court confirmed that Polina Lurie owns the apartment. On December 25, the Moscow City Court ruled to evict Larisa Dolina from her residence in Khamovniki.

Since the singer did not voluntarily comply with the court’s decision, bailiffs entered the apartment and initiated the formal process to transfer the property to the new owner.
