Trial NMT 2026: where to take and prepare for the exam

Applicants in Ukraine have been allowed to take a demonstration NMT-2026, which helps make admission preparation more comfortable.

Testing is available online, and participants can immediately see the correct answers, allowing them to identify which topics require additional attention.

The Ukrainian Center for Education Quality Assessment has published demonstration formats of NMT-2026 in the form of online tests that simulate the real exam as much as possible. Ultimately, participants receive information about the number of points scored, errors, and topics for repetition.

Applicants are offered tasks in Ukrainian language and literature, mathematics, the history of Ukraine, biology, physics, chemistry, geography, as well as in foreign languages: English, German, French, and Spanish. It is also noted that this training format allows studying without overload.

When taking tests in mathematics, physics, and chemistry, participants can use built-in reference materials that closely mimic the conditions of a real NMT, helping them avoid wasting time searching for the necessary formulas.

For those who want to immerse themselves in the exam atmosphere fully, the “All-Ukrainian School Online” platform is available. A demo version of NMT-2026 is presented here, along with NMT-2025 training tests and materials from previous years. After registering, users can independently create a test, rearrange the order of tasks, review answers, and take it without time limits.

It was previously reported that the NMT may change; in particular, graduates will be able to take exams not only in Ukrainian. Also, some applicants may have their coefficient reduced for all NMT subjects. We remind you that in 2026, the main subjects for passing the NMT will be determined by a separate decision.
