Force mobilization: legality and explanation of the People’s Deputy regarding the Busification of the CCC
People’s Deputy Ruslan Gorbenko commented on the implementation of the “busification” program in Ukraine, sharing current data on the legality of the procedures carried out. According to him, only about 2-3% of all cases involve violations, while the rest are carried out in accordance with the law.
Gorbenko emphasized that the majority of servicemen and veterans participating in processes in territorial recruitment centers act within the law. The People’s Deputy drew attention to the statistics provided by the Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets, according to which two to three percent of processes may contain violations. At the same time, other actions are carried out within the legal framework.
The deputy also noted that approximately 97% of citizens are dissatisfied with the military’s actions, even when those actions are legal. This indicates that criticism is often associated not with the content of the violations, but with disagreement with the results themselves or the methods of their implementation.
Gorbenko recalled that a significant part of cases of “busification” meets the requirements of the law, and the military exercises its powers in compliance with legal norms.
