Діти швидко впадають у транс: у TikTok стає популярним небезпечний челендж

Children share tips on using the Internet

While adults are discussing the negative impact of social networks, teenagers are already sharing their experiences of online safety.

According to a study, in 2025, 75% of Ukrainian children will spend more than three hours a day on the Internet. For many, it is not just entertainment, but also an opportunity to communicate, search for information, and react to news. For this reason, the campaign raises topical topics – such as how not to drown in a stream of disturbing news, how to support a friend who has “disappeared” online, and how filters affect self-esteem.

“When a friend stops writing or posts sad stories, I try not to remain silent. Often, a few kind words are enough.”

— shares one of the teenagers.

“I will not scroll through the feed before going to bed. I will rather draw or cook dinner – it will help me relax.”

— adds another participant in the discussion.

The participants also focused on the use of filters.

“Filters can improve your mood, but it is important to maintain your true essence.”

— the participants believe. Hotline psychologist Alina Kasilova-Bodnaruk emphasizes that excessive use of filters can form false standards of beauty.

Recall that earlier, Ukrainians actively discussed the issue of at what age it is better to send children to kindergarten. Experts also recommend that parents start teaching financial literacy by their own example.
