Klopotenko again introduces a new nutrition system for children in kindergartens
An initiative to develop the first collection of recipes for kindergartens is being launched in Ukraine, led by the famous restaurateur and chef Yevgeny Klopotenko, in partnership with the public organization Cult Food. Klopotenko reported this on his Telegram channel.
According to the chef, there has been no specialized menu for such institutions until now. “Today, we are starting important work on a collection of recipes for preschool educational institutions. This project is special for me because we are talking about the youngest Ukrainians, for whom food shapes not only taste preferences but also an approach to life. The traditional, vertical form of work will not work in this case,” he noted.
One of the main goals of the initiative is to create a useful, functional collection of recipes for those who cook for children every day, as well as for parents.
Klopotenko also announced a targeted survey, in which there will be no “right” or “wrong” answers – the main thing is that participants share their experience and real needs. This survey will be the first stage in developing a collection practical for use in kindergarten kitchens. It will include recipes that children will really want to try, and their preparation will not become a burden for cooks.
It is planned that the collection will be interactive, taking into account different age groups of children, the seasonality of products, and specific nutrition, to ensure daily pleasure and benefits from food in kindergartens.
