This initiative is one of the proposals of the deputies of the European Solidarity faction, who argue that the city should invest in the future – children. Kyiv City Council deputy Lyudmila Kovalevska shared the details of this initiative on her social networks.

“In Kyiv, it is now possible to receive financial assistance from the city upon the birth of a child. This decision was made possible thanks to the initiative of the European Solidarity faction,” Lyudmila Kovalevska shared.

Lyudmila Kovalevska believes that such support is critically important for strengthening Kyiv’s communities.
