Mobile communication prices have risen again: what tariffs have lifecell, Kyivstar and Vodafone changed?
Mobile communications in Ukraine are becoming more expensive due to rising electricity and network maintenance costs. These changes are already noticeable to subscribers, as operators are raising tariffs.
In March, leading operators began to change their price offers. The leader among them was lifecell, which increased tariffs for some of its packages from April 2, in particular “Prosto Life”, “Vilny Life”, “Smart Life” and “Zhara Light”. Here the subscription fee increased by more than 100 hryvnias.
Kyivstar users also received notifications about changes that will come into effect from March 31. In particular, one of the tariffs will increase from 350 to 400 hryvnias in 4 weeks. The company offers an alternative for about 370 hryvnias per month, but the full list of new tariffs has not yet been disclosed.
Vodafone also did not stay away, since the beginning of March the operator revised its prices: for subscribers from the 5th, and for contracts – from the 1st. On average, the subscription fee increased by 50-70 hryvnias.
In general, the increase in prices for mobile services is due to the complication of their maintenance, which indicates that the changes are not yet complete.
Earlier it became known about a super affordable tariff from one of the mobile operators. It was also revealed that Ukrainians are massively changing their communication operators in search of more favorable conditions.
