Експерт про удар по порту Усть-Луга та його вплив на свято путіна на тлі зняття санкцій з рф

Expert on the attack on the port of Ust-Luga and its impact on Putin’s holiday against the backdrop of the lifting of sanctions against the Russian Federation

Well-known expert Oleksandr Musienko commented on the importance of attacks on Russia’s oil export infrastructure in his blog. He noted that the strikes on Novorossiysk, Primorsk and Ust-Luz have significantly affected domestic oil exports, as about two-thirds of all Russian oil exports pass through these facilities. According to the expert, such actions spoil the Kremlin’s plans, preventing them from receiving profits from the sale of oil and gas, which are used to finance the war.

Musienko pointed to the panic in Russian circles after the strikes, and emphasized that with each attack, Ukrainian forces demonstrate the ability to reach targets even at long distances. He noted the growing threat to Russian ships, which avoid the Mediterranean Sea due to the risk of being attacked.

The expert also drew attention to the fact that the security of Russia’s oil and gas exports reduces its attractiveness in the global energy market. Even if some sanctions are lifted, this will not solve the problems the country faces, as it will not be able to safely and effectively fulfill its export obligations.

In addition, the expert reported on new agreements between Asian countries and Iran that allow them to pass through the Strait of Hormuz safely for an additional fee. This situation is also negative news for the Kremlin, as it shows that alternative routes for Russian exports exist, but their security remains at risk.
