На Прикарпатті підлітки організували продаж наркотиків на 165 мільйонів: амфетамін, вогнепальна зброя та наркозавод на Дністрі

In the Carpathian region, teenagers organized the sale of drugs worth 165 million: amphetamine, firearms and a drug factory on the Dniester

On March 28–29, in Ivano-Frankivsk region, thanks to the coordinated work of the prosecutor’s office under the leadership of Anton Voytenko, four people involved in a criminal drug scheme were detained, which for almost six months produced and sold psychotropic substances throughout Ukraine. The organizers turned out to be three young people aged 17 and 18. During 24 searches, more than 165 kg of amphetamine, valued at over 165 million hryvnias, as well as firearms, pistols and grenades, were seized.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the suspects organized the purchase, storage, manufacture and sale of a wide range of narcotic drugs. They set up a production base in a garage, where the processes of weighing, packaging and packaging of drugs took place.

The buyers were found through Telegram channels, and payment was made exclusively through cryptocurrencies. The goods were delivered under assumed names throughout Ukraine, where the drugs were disguised in household appliances, animal feed, men’s handbags and children’s clothing.

The criminal group also recruited a 37-year-old accomplice who helped sell the drugs. During the group’s activities, it planned to expand, in particular, a new laboratory workshop was to appear in one of the villages on the banks of the Dniester.

During the searches, not only narcotics were found, but also 99 “ecstasy” tablets, bank cards, draft notes, cash in various currencies and equipment for manufacturing drugs. Two automatic weapons, three pistols, various ammunition, two grenades and a detonator were found in the garage of the oldest participant in the scheme.

The three detainees are charged with illegal production and sale of psychotropic substances, and their accomplice is charged with illegal drug trafficking on a particularly large scale. The prosecutor’s office asked the court to hold them in custody without bail for the adults and 24-hour house arrest for the minor.
