CCC is actively suing drivers: Ukrainians may be deprived of an important document

In 2026, territorial recruitment centers significantly intensified lawsuits against drivers who violate military registration rules.

According to Opendatabot, the number of filed cases has already exceeded the indicators of the entire 2024. Already in the first months of the year, more than 135 proceedings were registered, of which 42 new cases were opened only at the beginning of 2026. This indicates that the system has begun to act more strictly and respond faster to violations.

The main reason for filing lawsuits, according to analysts, is non-compliance with the basic requirements of military registration. This applies to situations when citizens do not update their data or ignore summonses, which becomes the cause of lawsuits.

It is worth noting that a significant part of the cases do not reach final decisions. Basically, this is due to errors in the documents or non-receipt of court fees by territorial recruitment centers. As a result, many lawsuits remain without progress or are generally refused consideration.

In the event that the court nevertheless decides in favor of the plaintiff, the consequences for the driver can be serious. This can lead to a temporary restriction on driving, which in fact means that the person will not be able to use the car until the case is resolved.

However, in practice, most such cases do not yet lead to immediate restrictions. Judges carefully analyze each claim and its merits, which provides an opportunity to avoid punishment if shortcomings are identified in the process of submitting documents.

Recall that earlier, territorial procurement centers reported a system reboot, noting that most complaints are false or manipulative.
