Igor Yakovenko: Trump is a creator of global chaos who supports dictators
The situation in the Strait of Hormuz, an important artery of the world economy, remains tense, and events are taking place in Washington and Moscow that could significantly change the political map. In a new episode of the program “Power vs Vlashchenko”, host Natalia Vlashchenko and political expert Igor Yakovenko discussed how Donald Trump contributed to global disorder, whether a women’s protest in Russia led by influencer Victoria Boni is possible, and why the elimination of the Russian president is an important step to ensure international security.
Trump as a generator of chaos and “oil seesaws”
The main topic of the broadcast was the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, which is an important route for 20% of the world’s oil. Host Natalia Vlashchenko noted that the expression “Third Oil War” is not an exaggeration at all, but reflects real threats.
Igor Yakovenko emphasized that the main reason for the current disorder is Donald Trump’s actions. He believes that the policy of the former US president has allowed Iran to actively influence the world economy.
“Trump is creating chaos in the world. He is constantly changing his positions, which ultimately leads to a war that has paralyzed one of the world’s key communications. As a result, the American army has been powerless,” Yakovenko noted in the program.
Insider trading and the loss of allies
Discussing Trump’s behavior, Vlashchenko mentioned BBC analytical data indicating an abnormal increase in trading activity in the markets before his important statements. Yakovenko noted that this resembles a case of insider trading.
However, according to the expert, the greatest impression is made by the destruction of institutions that supported America’s status as a great power. Trump has actually undermined NATO and undermined the trust of allies, demanding that they fulfill his conditions. Now the leader’s yellow jersey is gradually being taken over by China, which does not adhere to the humanistic standards of the West.
The “Boni Effect” and Putin’s Loneliness
The program also paid attention to internal problems in Russia. Vlaschenko noted that the blocking of popular online services caused a greater reaction from citizens than numerous repressions. Yakovenko confirmed that Putin “woke up Bonya” — influencer Victoria Bonya suddenly became a symbol of women’s protest.
“If there were only Putin and Bonya in the elections, I am sure that women would vote for Bonya. Putin is no longer a sex symbol, he only causes fatigue. His entourage wants the war to end, and he remained isolated with his madness,” Yakovenko concluded.
Liquidation or tribunal?
At the end of the broadcast, Vlaschenko raised the issue of justice. Despite the discussion of the possibility of creating a tribunal, Yakovenko believes that the liquidation of the main criminal is a more effective way to stop the war. In his opinion, it is the death of the dictator, not sanctions or social unrest, that can stop the aggression, since the Russian regime relies on one person.
