Wife of NABU Head Kryvonos “supported” financing of the purchase of an apartment for sister – wife of KMIA Head Tkachenko

New scandalous information was found in the declarations of Ukrainian officials. Halyna Polshynska, the wife of Semen Kryvonos, director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, transferred significant money to her sister, Hanna Tkachenko, which amounted to UAH 1,527,768.

The Absolution Leaks Telegram channel reported this.

Hanna Tkachenko, the wife of Tymur Tkachenko, who heads the Kyiv City Military Administration, recently bought an apartment in Kyiv. It is 72 square meters, and the price is identical to the amount of the gift she received.

However, the price of housing in the capital seems to be understated because a square meter in Kyiv costs more at the time of purchase, especially when it comes to new buildings or high-quality housing.

For comparison, in the same year, 2023, Hanna Tkachenko purchased a new BMW X3 car, which cost UAH 1.65 million, more than an apartment.

The financial transfer and the almost simultaneous registration of real estate raise certain doubts, especially given the high public positions of both families. The two women are sisters, and their husbands hold sensitive public positions related to integrity control and public finances.

Neither party has provided any official comment on this information. It is also unknown whether law enforcement or regulatory authorities are verifying these facts.

In addition, the head of the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 8046 in Kyiv, Ihor Koshelnyk, submitted his annual declaration, in which he indicated millions in income, the main source of which is his wife’s business, Yana Koshelnyk, which brought in more than UAH 7 million in 2024.
