Алексей Кучеренко обратился к киевлянам с призывом к действиям в связи с ненадежными тарифами на управление домами

Alexey Kucherenko appealed to the people of Kyiv with a call to action in connection with unreliable tariffs for home management

Alexey Kucherenko, deputy chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, expressed serious concerns about the new tariffs for managing apartment buildings in Kyiv. He resolutely criticized the actions of the city administration and called on the people of Kyiv not to remain aloof from the problem.

These comments were published on his Facebook page.

According to Kucherenko, the responsibility for organizing competitions and establishing tariffs rests entirely on the Kyiv City State Administration, including Mayor Vitaliy Klychko and his deputy, Petro Panteleev. He emphasizes that they initiated and supervised this process and now must answer for it.

The politician offered the people of Kyiv two options: either accept the new tariffs and pay according to them or initiate the process of reviewing and checking the services provided. If they chose the second option, Kucherenko recommended contacting the management companies with official requests to obtain detailed information about the tariff structure, work schedules, and documentation on the private territories.

“The process will be difficult but fascinating – I promise you! You will become an important figure for the municipal services of Kyiv, and that’s already something!” – he added.

Kucherenko also stated that he does not trust the actions of the KSGA and submitted an appeal to the management company, calling on all those who wish to join the monitoring of the work of the city administration. He and his team are ready to support anyone who wants to protect their rights.

In their application, the residents demand complete information about the cost of services, the structure of tariffs, the availability of technical documentation, and the legal grounds for maintaining the home territory. If no corresponding documents are provided, the funds paid for services that were not actually provided are proposed to be returned.

“The more of us there are, the faster we will achieve success,” concluded Kucherenko, calling on citizens to take active action.

Heating tariffs in Kamensk, Dnipropetrovsk region, were at least 25% higher than in Lviv, which created a wave of discontent among the population.
