Zaporizhzhia under attack: the city was shelled by drones and aerial bombs

As reported by the head of the regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, on April 22, a fire broke out in one of the districts of Zaporizhia due to an enemy attack.

At 10:45, a threat of strike drones was announced in the region. According to local communities and monitoring sources, reconnaissance drones were spotted in the city.

At 11:26, Fedorov reported on the work of air defense. A few minutes later, he warned of a new threat – the possibility of using guided aerial bombs. At 11:31, explosions were heard in the city.

At 11:41, Fedorov confirmed information about the fire caused by the attack and reported that medical teams had arrived at the scene. It is known that there were casualties.

Region residents are asked to remain in shelters until official instructions are received to cancel the alarm.

It is also noted that on the evening of April 16, Izyum in the Kharkiv region was shelled. According to the head of the OVA, Oleg Synegubov, three civilians were injured in the missile strike, including a seven-year-old child. The shelling caused damage to private housing, and the wounded were hospitalized.
