Ways to check yourself for a wanted person in the CCC

In the conditions of a full-scale war in Ukraine, the state is actively recruiting citizens to protect against Russian aggression. However, not everyone is ready to fulfill their duties. Some are trying to avoid military service, and such individuals may be declared wanted.

Situations in which people are put on wanted lists are becoming increasingly common. The reasons can vary, ranging from ignoring summonses to untimely updating data in territorial recruitment centers, as well as through court decisions.

To determine if a person is wanted, it is essential to be aware of several methods for obtaining this information.

The simplest, but not the most popular, option is to personally visit the territorial recruitment center (TCK) to verify their data. However, given the current circumstances, not everyone is ready to take such a step.

Another option is to contact the local law enforcement agency. You can submit a request to check the status of a person at any nearest police station. To do this, you will need to have a valid passport or another form of identification with you.

Additionally, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine maintains an open database of individuals wanted for various reasons. By visiting the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, you can check the information by last name. If a person is registered in the “Reserve +” application, the system will notify the wanted person with a red mark.

Another way is to obtain a certificate of good conduct through the “Diya” application. To do this, you should select the extended version of the document in the “Services” → “Certificates and extracts” section. The certificate received will indicate whether the person is wanted.

The safest and legally sound option is to consult a lawyer, a specialist in the field of military law. He will be able to clarify the client’s status without unnecessary risks officially.

Awareness during martial law is not only a matter of security but also a matter of responsibility.

A new mobilization procedure is currently being implemented in Ukraine, which applies not only to those liable for military service but also to individuals who previously held the status of internally displaced persons.
