Violations were recorded at the OKKO-Drive gas station in Kyiv – the environmental inspection requires them to be corrected

During the quality control of products, violations of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On State Market Supervision and Control of Non-Food Products” and the relevant Technical Regulations for motor gasoline, diesel, marine, and boiler fuel were detected.

As a result of the inspection, a decision was made to take restrictive measures to eliminate formal non-conformities regarding the following types of fuel:

• motor gasoline A-95-Euro5-E5;

• motor gasoline PULLS A-95-Euro5-E5;

• motor gasoline PULLS 100 A-98-Euro5-E0;

• diesel fuel DP-L-Euro5-V0;

• diesel fuel PULLS DP-L-Euro5-V0.

The business owner must provide written information to the Inspectorate on the implementation of the above decisions by June 13, 2025, by the procedure approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
